I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - nestled in a beautiful woodland area, it was both peaceful and convenient. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely restaurant where I enjoyed a great dinner and a cozy room with a comfortable sofa. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary sweets and bottles of water in my room. The breakfast provided was also delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

During my romantic escape, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast spread was delightful. We loved the cozy sofa in our room, which added a nice touch to the romantic atmosphere. The free sweets and bottles of water provided were a thoughtful gesture. The beautiful surroundings, with stunning nature and cultural attractions nearby, made our stay even more memorable. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, being conveniently close to Detmold, Hermann Denkmal, Externsteine.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The shower door was quite difficult to open from the inside, which was a minor inconvenience.

Quiet, comfortable, beautiful woodland setting, convenient location, great dinner, good breakfast.

The restaurant had great food and the breakfast was satisfying. the location was ideal, close to nature and cultural spots. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the sweet gesture of free bottled water and candy in our room.

The hotel needs improvement as the shower door was hard to open and the building seemed outdated.
